Will it replace my PMS or pricing tool?

No. Steward sits on top of whatever you already use and handles what those tools were never built for: performance optimization and the owner relationship. Your PMS runs the bookings; Steward runs the rhythm and the reporting.

What tools does it work with?

Anything that can export a CSV — which is virtually every platform out there. Not sure about yours? Just ask and we'll check.

Is Steward right for me if I only manage a few properties?

Steward is built for operators managing short-term rentals for owners, or actively building toward that model. It becomes especially valuable as you add properties, owner relationships, performance decisions, and monthly reporting, but you do not need a big portfolio to start. If you are building a real STR management business, Steward is for you. If you are casually managing one personal rental, it may be more than you need.

What if my books aren't in great shape?

Common, and usually not a problem. You do not need perfect books to start with Steward. If your rental income and expenses are separate from personal spending and tagged by property, you are in good shape.

The monthly reporting rhythm tends to strengthen your bookkeeping over time. When owners can see the numbers clearly, you naturally get more disciplined about keeping the underlying data clean.
